Christmas Message : Christmas reminds us of the various carols we learnt as kids. ‘Jingle bells’ is certainly my favorite. It is gives us a picture of Santa riding in his sleigh, delivering gifts to all the kids who have been good throughout the year. In real life, our loved ones are our personal Santa’s, spreading joy and warmth.
Hi I am Ayushi Manroa, a student who is absolutely interested in a lot of things at the same time, travel being on the high list. I have been to a number of treks, back-packing with my constant companion-The Camera! Yes, I love taking candid and in motion shots of places. The other day, the intensity of my expression in a photograph, clicked by a friend of mine at a theater and disco venue struck me. This is when I started thinking about theatrics and how I could pass off as an actress. Well I thought why not, find out about some Acting Classes in Bangalore. This was something I should be exploring I felt deep in my heart. Acting after all could be one of the best careers, which I could explore with the number of serials and short films that are being made nowadays. It sure is a lucrative career! For Learning Different Aspects Of Acting : Acting Classes In Bangalore As I surfed the net for good acting classes I came across, An Actors Academy, at No.77, 3rd main road, High Investigation Bureau Layout. The timing was good enough. The daily classes’ time schedule felt nice; as I feel training every day is great. However, I did feel that the pricing at Rs.3000 was steep. I was also thrilled to know the many private coaches that are available. Vaibhav Chakravarty at J.P Nagar seems promising. With his ten years of experience in acting and direction, he gives assurance of training in acting, being comfortable in front of the camera and in direction too. The greatest benefit and ease is of flexibility of time as we can take the classes at his place or ours. How convenient! Then also on the net I could discover the Tent Cinema, in Banashankari 2nd Stage, Bangalore, where according to their belief, acting is an organic process. The students through a variety of activities and physical activities are taught acting. I simply cannot wait to enroll in one of these acting classes in Bangalore. Reading more about them I simply loved the breaking the walls around us idea, by screaming, shouting and bringing the roof down, how liberating! Experience Tranquillity at Sivrajpur Beach Jamnagar – A Nice Place to Spend Time with Yourself12/11/2015 After a good trip of the ISKCON temple at Ahmedabad, I went to visit the town of Jamnagar which is a coastal area. There are many good places to hang out in the city of Jamnagar but the first place which I visited was the famous beach of the town known as Sivrajpur Beach. The beach is located about 12 km from the town of Dwarka on the way to Okha and is one of the most tranquil beaches one can find in the state of Gujarat. The best thing about the place is the quietness present there. It is one of the under explored beaches of the state which distinguishes it from others. The water of the sea is very clear and the beach is also very well maintained with no garbage and litter around. One can spend a lovely day sitting near the sea side and enjoy watching the sea waters kissing the beach.
There are no food stalls which can be found anywhere near the beach so it is advised to carry your own water and food. The place is very isolated from the main town and hence it is also advised not to venture there late at night. The beach is very good to enjoy swimming in the water of the sea. One can experience total bliss and solitude at the Sivrajpur beach of Jamnagar. The place is totally free from pollution and all the noises and hustle bustle of the city. It was a much needed break alone when I could spend time with myself. I enjoyed the afternoon sitting in on the beach and letting the cool breeze caress my face. The feeling was simply superb and mind blowing. I spent some 3 hours relaxing at the beach and how time flew I didn’t come to know. After the visit to the Sivrajpur beach of Jamnagar I headed back to my hotel for spending the night. The hotel which I had booked for this trip was one of the best 5 star hotel and resort of Gujarat known as Greenwoods Lake Resort & Spa. Four Points By Sheraton Ahmedabad : The beautiful Four Points by Sheraton in Ahmedabad is one of the best hotels in the city. It offers great views of the city from the suites. It also has a continental cuisine restaurant with free breakfast served to all its guests. Other services include taxi pick and drop, laundry, free Wi-fi and a large pool with a poolside bar.
After getting refreshed at the Kankaria Lake I headed straight to my hotel to spend the night. The next place which I visited after spending a night at the hotel was the famous ISKCON temple of Ahmedabad. The temple is located on the satellite Road on the GandhinagarSarkhej Highway and is one of the most beautiful temples of the city. There are three altars inside the temple which is dedicated to Sri SriPraphupada who is the the founder of ISKCON movement, Sri Radha Krishna and Lord Ram and Sita, Hanuman and Laxman. There is also a small shrine which is dedicated to Lord Jagannath, Baladeva, Subhadra and Sudarshana. The idol of Radha Krishna in one of the altar of the temple is the most mesmerising of idols I have ever seen at any Hindu temple. Amid all the hustle bustle and noises, this is one of those places where the heart of every visitor will find a divine peace and calm. ISKCON temples are known for a special charm and this one is no less. The intricate paintings and carvings on the wall make it a very special structure. There were a lot of visitors and devotees inside the temple. ISKCON is known for spreading the message of Krishna all over the world. Its founder SrilaPrabhupada is also revered not only in India but throughout.
There is also a souvenir shop inside the temple which sells very interesting artefacts like necklace made from tulsi beads which is worn by all ISKCON devotees. Similarly many good T shirts and handbags with prints of Krishna are there. The Hare Krishna beads and wristbands are also there. I purchased a lot of these items for myself as a memory of this temple. The famous Khichdi and Rassgullas as prasadam inside the temple is also a famous thing. The visit to the temple was very devotional and spiritual and every minute spent inside the temple complex was worth it. After this I headed for another city of Gujarat which was Junagad. The first place which I visited in Junagad was its famous beach known as Sivrajpur. |
