Gulbarga tour is the highlighted feature of Karnataka tourism owing to its cultural diversity and treasures of Indian history. Looking forward for a magnificent sojourn in this beautiful land, I made up my mind to visit the fort with immense feel and pleasure.
Though a small town in the wide city of Karnataka, Gulbarga has immense travel destinations and is desired place of visit for the maximum number of tourists. The attraction mainly lies with its monumental charm depicting potpourri of both the Hindu and Muslim culture. Gulbarga Fort forms the main tourists spot retaining its histrionic delight. The visit to this place was a bit apart from my forte but its charm and pleasing appearance as mentioned in the itinerary compelled me to explore it. Gulbarga tour is the highlighted feature of Karnataka tourism owing to its cultural diversity and treasures of Indian history. Looking forward for a magnificent sojourn in this beautiful land, I made up my mind to visit the fort with immense feel and pleasure. This momentous palace was a splendid construction by the Brahmani rulers, housing 15 towers and adorning the walls and fences with exquisite and mind blowing carvings. Though I could see the partly ruined form of the fort yet one cannot deny its glorious past with significant values. The breathtaking feature of the fort was a section comprised with an imposing mosque named as Jama Masjid, resembling the Moorish style architecture and a replica of great Cardova Mosque in Spain. The mosque reflects the insight of the city’s historical background, one of its kinds across the whole India. The fort successfully encloses temples, large buildings, ammunition dumps, stables, mosques and many adorable courtyards. With its impeccable view I could easily make out that it is one of the vital monuments in the city with history imbibed in it. Standing as a past reminiscent and a direct link to heroic ancient majesty and the rulers, Gulbarga Fort was a must visit place in my journey to experience the dignity of the city and the excellence of the architecture described through it. Influenced by its enchanting appeal, I realized that this wonderful depiction of the Indian history would be an actual missed out place if I had not visited it. Anyways ‘all is well that ends well’ applied to my position at that point of time and with more accelerated wishes and desires for the next spot, Sharana Basaveshwara Temple, I moved on.
